Zlatan Ibrahimovic is well ahead of schedule in his return to fitness - and is expected to sign a new deal at Manchester United.

Get ready everyone for the 'Return of the Zlat'. That's right, according to The Sun, veteran striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is well ahead of schedule on his return to fitness and is expected to sign a new deal at Manchester United.
The 35 year-old suffered a serious knee injury against Anderlecht in April and was not due to be back until the New Year. It was even feared his career could be over when the forward was officially released by United, as the option on his two-year deal was not taken up by the club.

However, The Sun reports that Ibrahimovic has astounded United medical staff with his quick recovery and Jose Mourinho is expected to offer the Swede a short-term deal until the end of the campaign
