A British boy suffers from a one-in-seven billion disability

A British boy suffers from a one-in-seven billion disability which means he will always look like a toddler - despite being 13 years old.
Angus Palmes weighs just 2 st and 2lbs and has a rare chromosome abnormality which has stunted his growth and he still wears clothes for children aged three.
His condition is so rare that medics did not even have a record of it and his mother believes he is the only person in the world battling it.
The 3ft 1ins teenager, from Macclesfield, Cheshire, was diagnosed with chromosome translocation of 15/22 with partial trisomy of 22q12.3 when he was three weeks old.
