Paris Saint-Germain midfielder, Marco Verratti, has been suspended for three matches for the red card he picked up against Toulouse on Sunday.

Verratti picked up his second yellow card of the match in the 69th minute, after he lunged into Christopher Jullien.

PSG won the game 6-2, with Neymar scoring twice.

The Italy international will now miss league matches against Saint Etienne (Friday), Metz (September 9) and Lyon (September 17).

PSG have begun their Ligue 1 campaign with consecutive wins over Amiens, Guingamp and Toulouse.
